ProMarketing Wizard Ltd. places great importance on maintaining the privacy of users of the website located at https://www.forms-wizard.com and/or any other platform (all together shall be referred to as the “Website”).

This document details the privacy policy practiced on the Website and reviews, inter alia, the manner in which ProMarketing Wizard uses information collected from users of the Website (“the Users”, “you” or “your”).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information (as defined below) about you and/or about those whose information you provide to us.

The User acknowledges that they are not obligated by law to provide ProMarketing Wizard with any information or to permit its collection. However, the User acknowledges that without providing certain information, ProMarketing Wizard will not be able to provide certain services. If the User does not agree with the procedures detailed herein or with any of the terms (including this Privacy Policy), you must cease all use of the Website.

This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use detailed here and they should be regarded as one unit.

Personal information collected about you will be stored in the databases of ProMarketing Wizard, and its use will be made in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy in its most updated version as available on the Website or in accordance with any law.

ProMarketing Wizard shall be entitled, from time to time, to change or update the provisions of this Privacy Policy. It is recommended that you review this policy from time to time.

All terms in this policy are written in the masculine form for convenience only, and they refer, of course, to all genders. Plural terms shall include the singular, and vice versa.

Except for terms explicitly defined in this Privacy Policy, all terms used herein and not defined shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use agreement available here, as may be updated from time to time, unless this contradicts the Privacy Policy or its content.

1. Definitions

1.1 “User”: The use of the Website is partly open and partly restricted to authorized users (“Authorized Users”). A User is anyone who uses the open part of the Website or its restricted part.

1.2 “Personal Information”: Data relating to an identified individual or an identifiable individual.

1.3 “Privacy Protection Law”: Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

2. Provision of Personal Details

Some of the services on the Website require user identification and the provision of personal details, including, inter alia, name, email address, company name, and the like. The User is not required by law to provide these details, however, without providing such details, the User will not be able to use some of the Website’s services.

3. Collection and Use of Information

3.1 During the use of the Website, information about the Users is collected. The Website uses automated tools for the purpose of collecting general information about the Users and their use of the Website, in order to characterize the Users’ use of the Website and to improve the user experience on the Website. Such information does not personally identify the Users and is not stored together with the Users’ details. For example: the User’s internet service provider, the User’s IP address, times and methods of use of the Website and more. ProMarketing Wizard may transfer statistical information regarding Users’ activity on the Website to third parties, including advertisers. Statistical information transferred will not personally identify you. You agree to the aforesaid transfer.

3.2 Some of the information collected about the Users during use of the Website personally identifies the Users, through information provided or transmitted via the Website by the User knowingly (hereinafter – Personal Information). The Website does not collect personally identifiable information about Users unless such information is provided at the User’s initiative, while using its services, when leaving details to the Company and/or by a third party who provided the information with consent. You hereby consent to such transfer by a third party.

4. Purposes of Data Collection

The use of the collected information will be made in accordance with this Privacy Policy or in accordance with any law, in order to–

4.2 Contact the User if necessary, including in order to provide them with information regarding services and products in which they have expressed interest

These purposes include performing analysis required to detect malicious data and to understand how they may affect the User, for the purpose of monitoring and statistical analysis of ongoing attacks on devices and systems and for the ongoing adjustment of the solutions provided for securing devices and systems against various attacks.

4.11 For any other purpose detailed in this Privacy Policy or in the Terms of Use agreement.

Without derogating from the above, any action performed by the User via the Website (including the content of messages sent via the Website or via email) is visible at all times to ProMarketing Wizard and its employees.

5. Transfer of Information to Third Parties

ProMarketing Wizard will not transfer your details for use by third parties without your consent except in the cases detailed below:

5.1 To service providers, for the purpose of providing services to ProMarketing Wizard in connection with the Website or in connection with the User’s inquiry to ProMarketing Wizard via the Website. For example: contact details entered by the User on the Website may be stored by the entity operating the Website for ProMarketing Wizard and/or for the purpose of sending direct mail and/or marketing content.

5.2 In the event that you violate the Terms of Use of the Website or perform actions via the Website or in connection with it that appear to be contrary to law, or attempt to perform such actions

5.3 If ProMarketing Wizard receives a judicial order and/or a legal demand or from a competent authority instructing it to provide any information about you to a third party

5.4 In any case of dispute, claim, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between you and ProMarketing Wizard and/or due to your use of the Website

5.5 In any case where ProMarketing Wizard believes that the provision of information is required to prevent serious harm to ProMarketing Wizard or anyone on its behalf, to your body or property or to the body or property of a third party

5.6 ProMarketing Wizard will not sell or rent your details to third parties without your approval.

5.7 If ProMarketing Wizard operates the Website within another corporation – and also in the event that ProMarketing Wizard merges with another entity or merges the Website with the activity of a third party, whether fully or partially – it shall be entitled to transfer to the new corporation or such third party the information collected about you on the Website, in the database or any statistical information in its possession, provided that such corporation or third party undertakes to comply with the provisions of ProMarketing Wizard’s Privacy Policy or provisions of a similar nature.

6. Cookies

The Website uses “cookies” (Cookies) and/or other data collection technologies for its ongoing and proper operation, including in order to collect statistical data regarding use of the Website, for verification of details, in order to adapt the Website to the User’s personal preferences and for information security purposes (“data collection technologies”). “Cookies” are text files that the browser creates according to a command from the Company’s computers. 8. Mailings and Advertisements

8.1 In order to contact you (by ProMarketing Wizard or anyone on its behalf) in response to a “Contact Us” request and/or for receiving newsletters, contacting you in any form and by any means, including by telephone or email or by push notifications or messages or in any other way and for the purpose of sending any content to you (including marketing information by means of direct mailing as defined in the Privacy Protection Law and advertisement as defined in the Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting), 1982 (“Direct Mailing” and “Advertisements” respectively), even if you are registered in a “Do Not Call” registry or similar.

8.2 If you do not wish to continue receiving Direct Mailing and Advertisements as stated or if you wish to be removed from ProMarketing Wizard’s database, you may, at any time, withdraw your consent as stated by notifying ProMarketing Wizard according to the contact details below, or as indicated in the message you receive.

9. Third Party Content

9.1 On this Website you may find links and/or references to other websites and/or information sources and/or entities and/or organizations and/or other companies (hereinafter: “Third Party Content”). ProMarketing Wizard does not control or supervise them. The presence of a link to a certain Website and/or such reference on the Website does not indicate ProMarketing Wizard’s consent to their content and does not imply that the linked Website and/or the entity and/or the organization and/or the operator are reliable, or that the information provided by them is complete or up to date. ProMarketing Wizard is not responsible for the content to which the links lead and is not responsible for any result that may be caused from their use or reliance upon them. ProMarketing Wizard does not guarantee that all links found on the Website will be valid and will lead to an active Website.

9.2 ProMarketing Wizard may remove from the Website links that were included in it in the past, or refrain from adding new links – all at its sole discretion. Any engagement between you and third parties will be made solely between you and such third parties, at your responsibility and/or their responsibility only, and ProMarketing Wizard shall have no responsibility and/or liability in connection with such engagement. ProMarketing Wizard is not responsible and shall not be liable for any damage, indirect or direct, caused to you or your property as a result of use or reliance on advertisements, activity, information or content appearing on websites to which you reach or published by entities to which you reach through use or via a link, reference or publication of any kind existing on the Website and/or for use or reliance on information and content published on the Website and/or on other sources (including websites) by Third Party Content. The User is advised to review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of third party websites that they access and/or use.

10. Information Security

ProMarketing Wizard implements technical and administrative security measures that it considers commercially reasonable in order to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. The User’s use of the Website and its content is at their own responsibility, and ProMarketing Wizard cannot guarantee that unlawful intrusion into the Website will not occur.

11. Transfer of Information Outside Israel

Personal information may be stored and processed in Israel and in other countries. The User consents to the transfer of information to countries outside your country of residence, where privacy protection and data security laws in the jurisdiction to which the information is transferred may be less stringent compared to the laws in Israel and the European Union. ProMarketing Wizard will carry out such transfers in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Outside the State Borders), 2001.

12. Minors

As a rule, the services are intended for Users over the age of 18. To the extent that certain services are also intended for Users under the age of 18, such Users must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardian prior to using such services and providing personal information on the Website. If you (or your parents or another guardian on your behalf) do not agree to the Terms of Use and/or this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, you are requested to refrain from making any use of the Website for any purpose whatsoever.

13. Right of Access

The User may, under certain circumstances, be entitled to review information held by ProMarketing Wizard about them in accordance with Section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, and may also have the right to request to correct or delete information collected about them if they find that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not updated in accordance with Section 14 of the said law. 14. Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 The use of the Website shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.

14.2 The exclusive jurisdiction in any matter arising from the binding documents or from the Website is granted exclusively to the competent courts in the Central District, Israel.
