The Global–Israel Innovation Summit at RSA

On March 23, the Global–Israel Innovation Summit at RSA took place. The summit was a focused business event designed to create high-quality connections between companies, investors, and decision-makers from the cybersecurity and technology sectors.

The conference, initiated by the Israel Export Institute and the Ministry of Economy and Industry, was held alongside the RSA Conference and brought together a senior and diverse audience from around the world.

The event focused on B2B meetings and creating real value for participants. Approximately 500 participants from 29 countries took part in the conference, during which around 800 pre-scheduled business meetings were held, alongside open networking and spontaneous encounters. The 1:1 meetings provided space for in-depth discussions, presentation of innovative solutions, and exploration of strategic partnerships.

The conference successfully created an effective platform for connecting Israeli innovation with global demand, with a clear focus on generating real business relationships. The numbers speak for themselves – the scale of participation, number of meetings, and international representation indicate an event with a tangible impact on the ecosystem.

Our Participation

For the summit, we set up a registration form through which all participants registered, with the aim of managing the registration process in an organized and efficient manner, including data collection and alignment with event needs.

The registration system enabled full control over the process, ongoing communication with participants, and a smooth user experience from the very first stage.

In addition, we used the B2B Wizard system for meeting coordination, which allowed participants to easily identify relevant parties using advanced filtering based on parameters such as field of activity, country, and areas of interest. The system supported quick and simple scheduling of 1:1 meetings, with a user-friendly interface and a clear schedule view.
