These are definitely challenging times, but for us in Forms-Wizard it’s business as usual, even with the Coronavirus.

Our sales and support teams are available for you Sunday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In urgent cases, we are also available to help you outside of business hours, so feel free to contact us!

So what are we up to these days?

Sending out updates to event participants

First of all, following the cancellation or postponement of all events and conferences, we needed to distribute updates to all our registrants.

How did we do it? With a lot of patience and lots of emails and SMS messages that we sent put to everyone who registered to an event or conference using our system.

Our main objective was to make sure that no one accidentally arrived at a canceled Purim party (for example).

After sending all the messages (it took some time), we passed on the data regarding the recipients’ acceptance of the messages so that all the events organizers could verify that everyone received the relevant updates.

Coronavirus information websites

Also, we have set up many information websites for companies that want to share with their employees information about the Coronavirus, moving towards working from home, how to deal with the whole situation, and more.

These websites usually contain the following sections:

קורונה

Registration forms and donations gathering

As far as registration forms go, we have recently set up a few donation forms for the fight against the Coronavirus.

For example, we created such forms the Friends of Shamir Association and for the Friends of Rambam Medical Center. You are welcome to see them here:

Israeli friends of Rambam
אגודת ידידי שמיר

Another type of forms that we have started to establish in the recent days are forms for virtual seminars.

Many companies require mandatory participation in various seminars and training sessions throughout the year. During this time, this is obviously problematic, and the solution that many  chose is using virtual seminars.

Our forms allow the employees to sign up for these seminars so that they can keep up with their company’s requirements.

As we said, it’s business as usual, even with the Coronavirus. Contact us if you have any questions or if you have some ideas about how we can help you during this time.
